What nibble do you reach for when in need of inspiration and why?
If I'm at home writing I avoid food – except as an excuse to get out of the house. However if I'm on one of my 50 mile rides on my bike there's a particularly tough hill that I always dread on the way home then something sweet and sugary always gives me that extra burst of energy I need to reach the summit. Preferable that something would be in biscuit form and not chocolaty as that would melt after two hours in the pocket on the back of my cycling shirt and be rather messy!
Do you have a particular dish that gets your creative juices flowing or a food that gets your brain racing with ideas?
I do have a particular dish in mind that gets my creative juices flowing and this particular dish ALWAYS gets my brain racing with ideas...and No! I'm not going to tell you her name or give you her phone number!
