What nibble do you reach for when in need of inspiration and why? Do you have a particular dish that gets your creative juices flowing or a food that gets your brain racing with ideas?
…there's only one answer, but it's so unaffordable that I am usually bereft of ideas.
In an ideal world… Masses of the finest caviar (no stingy portions), served with blinis and drastically chilled vodka (only the best Russian or Polish will do) – the location is my home – by far the best place to enjoy the company of family and friends.
